Protesters are cramming into Sen. Susan Collins' office in Portland, Maine

Maine Public Radio's Susan Sharon tells CNN that there are so many protesters in and out of Republican's Senator Susan Colllins' office in Portland, Maine, that's there's not enough room to move -- even in the hall.

What is so funny? I literally said Kav was going to submit to a FBI investigation ... I also said that a similar looking individual will surface exonerating Kav ...

Watch and enjoy the ride ...
Man you went from hating him as trumps pick to DEFENDING him.

I thought you were a troll but you really are a die hard trump supporter  You really are getting upset over all of the backlash. Can't wait for your self destructing ban posts

I still think he's a really bad troll. I hope so otherwise he's just a sad individual.

Can you imagine how fair and reasonable he would have appeared, if he had said: "I would like the FBI to amend their background check in the light of these new allegations."

Instead of shouting: "I LIKE BEER"
Clearly yesterday his handlers didnt want him saying that. But today they changed their tune.

And of course, this:

House Republicans pushed through a new round of tax cuts Friday that would permanently extend the cuts for individuals in President Trump’s signature law that are set to expire within a decade.

The Senate has no intention of taking up the bill, which is projected to add more than $600 billion to the debt by the end of the next decade and much more beyond that.

Democrats termed the legislation another “tax scam” that primarily helps the wealthy while adding even more to the nation’s dangerously large $21 trillion debt. And Democrats warned repeatedly that the legislation would threaten Social Security and Medicare, claiming the GOP would ultimately seek to cut those programs to pay down the debt — a charge Republicans dismissed as scare tactics.

 GOP got jokes.

Two U.S. Senators applying for bailout money for farmers under White House program

Two U.S. Senators — Sens. Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) and Jon Tester (D-Mont.) — are applying for federal money under a $12 billion bailout program set up by the White House to help farmers hurt by trade hostilities, spokespeople from their offices said.

Grassley pressed the Trump administration this spring to relieve farmers who have been pummeled by Chinese tariffs on their exports amid the wider trade war. Tester has also criticized the impact of the tariffs on farmers and called on the administration to help Montana ranchers.

Well that can't be right. Grassley should be telling his constituents that trade wars are good and easy to win and that they should pick themselves up by the bootstraps.

Trump blessed his supporters, particularly in the farm sector, with a trade war that is obviously good and easy to win... and this is how they're treated for their support?
To receive a blessing like that and then to be forced to accept billions of welfare dollars, confiscating their precious bootstraps in the process.

It truly is terrible what is happening to these people. Big government is turning them into commies who can't pick themselves up by their own bootstraps :smh:

I never thought I see the day two Republican U.S. Senators would be accepting Welfare...... smh

Or since Trump supporters are being hit significantly harder by the economic damage from Trump's unilateral trade war, Republicans could also just, you know, vote to reign in Trump's tariffs powers with a veto proof majority. Specifically his ability to unilaterally cite national security reasons to impose tariffs.
I'm sure they're quite aware that China, the EU, Mexico and Canada are all using their retaliatory tariffs to specifically target Trump voters and constituents of the top Republican leadership.
It seems to be working quite well, though I believe we (the EU) should have had some meetings with Canada, Mexico and China to try and financially cripple Trump supporters with maximum efficiency.

Tester isn't a Republican.

Anyway... it's been a long week, but I'm glad the Senate and Trump finally came to their senses and decided to do the right thing and launch an investigation. We need to bring the guilty to justice. That's what this country is all about.

We need to get to the truth of Dr. Ford's lies and LOCK HER UP.

It's funny because Kavanaugh should have just said he would call for an FBI investigation to clear his name.
All he needed to do was to simply answer 'yes'.

I just couldn't understand why he couldn't do that or answer any questions directly.
