But how do you think that happens? The President is going to be able to dictate what happens in every school district in every state?

I won’t pretend to know how it could work but I believe he referenced passing some sort of executive order federally.

Many of those economists endorsed Romney in 2012. So it’s not like every economist is automatically Harris due to preexisting ideological or partisan biases.

It hilarious to me that a father would not rather protect their daughter from biological men deciding they are free to compete in sports or hang out in spaces that should only be allowed for women but here we are. 2024 I guess...

Trans athletes worry me waay less than my daughters having unresolved pregnancy complications that could kill them.

They also worry me less than being forced to have more kids because contraception methods have been severely restricted.

Why didn’t he do it during his 4 years of presidency? Considering all the things he has promised and failed to deliver, why believe him?

Here’s why you’re getting push back: Okay, biological men shouldn’t compete in sports with women. That issue affects what, less than 1% of the population? What horrible things happened to your daughter from that interaction - they lost the game? Not ideal, but she’ll be fine, right?

Compare that to:
*Biological adult man who went into teen girls dressing room during beauty pageants
*found liable for sexual assault (judge clarified - yes, it was rape)
*incited an insurrection because he didn’t want a peaceful transfer of power, putting our whole democracy in danger
*purposely lied to us about Covid, which led to one million American deaths
*added more (8 trillion?) to our national debt in 4 years than Obama in 8 years
*appointed unqualified partisan hacks to the Supreme Court who ignore precedent!
*praises Hitler and emboldens white supremacists
*wants to overturn the affordable care act, which eliminated insurance companies denying people coverage for preexisting conditions. Has NOTHING to replace it with
*wants to impose tariffs which IMPORTERS (read: American distributors) pay, which means these distributors raise prices, causing us end users to pay more

I can go on and on. But really, ALL of this versus … unfair soccer match.

This mans actions and policies directly or indirectly harm you, your daughter; and every single American. And you voted for him to be the leader of the free world. All because unfair soccer match.

Come on. We have to be smarter than this. You can’t keep voting against your and your family’s best interests just because you don’t like *insert minority here.*

If you want to teach somebody something you belittle them. When you get smiley face reactions and thumbs up froM your peers then you know that your lesson just landed. That’s teaching. Who wants to learn?

Those people have existed for as long as human beings have. He chose to vote in support of dragging 1% of the population back to the shadows of society, and he traded the safety of 50% of the population for it (and more; nobody talks about the widowers and orphans dead expecting mothers leave behind).

How does that make logical sense?
