I mean Blatt got to a Finals in his first season there with Bron/Kyrie and got the ax whilst almost 20 games over .500 so Lue's system of putting the ball in Lebron/Kyrie's hands isn't much of a system imo
As for the egos, the same thing happening to the Lakers with Lebron now happened in Cleveland while Lue was there and Kyrie ended up wanting out while Lue was still there.
Not enough adjustments made to go 1-8 over a two year span against a team you should be familiar with, especially if that same team lost a game a piece in the first two rounds against teams not as good as yours.

Hornets Byron was a good coach as well. Byron was brought into babysit Kobe and tank. He at least accomplished those goals.
