You're smart for that every pb number deal, imo... I got 10 quick pick, and on one of them, my powerball is also the same as one of my 5 numbers... I looked at it like a waste of 2 bucks...

You sound like you got drafted or something. Like you worked all your life to get that NFL draft status going. We're talking luck of the draw. You didn't earn this money. Most scratch off games list the actual claimed winners. So you will know if a game has 2 of the 3 top prize winners remaining or NONE. So spending $5 or $10 on that particular game will highlight the fact that you are playing for the 1 remaining top prize, or only the second level prizes. There is better awareness of what has been won at this lower scratcher level.
