i can agree with this especially since they started hyping up the end of the season. the eps was def good tho. great character development, helps me understand the stress/emotion/personal situations they are in. but the timing may have been off.

not disappointed tho.

It was, it wasn't that it was a bad episode, it was just misplaced.  Last three episodes: they beat the teacher, Stan gets arrested, we find out the friend is the GOAT creeper and then we get this....

I am dissapoint.  The last two minutes they decided: "Oh Snap, this show isn't about Jack.  Let's show some footage of Rosie at the Casino".

Filler episode should have been much earlier......especially since it was geared towards character development.

However, Holder

EXACTLY. u got like 3 episodes left and you wanna delve off into developing storylines. thats crap
Not like the story is gonna be done in a 13ep season. I think they're gonna string out what goes on even after we find out who done it anyway. So for them they're developing characters for the long haul.

They've already veered off the story line of the OG.

Yooo! y'all are trippin'.. I loved this episode. Sure the CD came very late in the season but Enos' acting this episode was top notch. At first I was like what the hell is going on? They haven't mentioned anything about the case aside from the first 8 or so minutes but like 20 minutes into it I was curious to find out where they were going, and when they thought the son was the kid that died, I was like "damn shun!" I knew they wouldn't of killed him off 'cause 2 deaths of main characters wouldn't of been appropriate since they're concentrating on a main murder but to bring more strain on Linden about the Larsen case was done really well. It was like a bottle episode but not really.. if that makes sense. Both Holder and Linden were great this episode, I really enjoyed their chemistry and Holder's %%%!%*+ one liners. The guy is just a great TV character, you can't help but like him.

I have a question though, towards the end of the episode when Holder was going through his pockets for light, what was that thing he pulled out? It looked like the Casino Logo thingy, and kinda threw me for a loop.

All in all, it was a good episode, I could see why people didn't like it but I thought it was done really well and kept me interested in where the story was trying to take us. Didn't get a chance to catch the preview for next week 'cause I watched it online but I'm i'll be waiting impatiently for next Sunday. This is my favorite show at the moment. AMC never disappoints, it's on par with HBO with the product their putting out consistently even with all the restrictions basic cable enforces.

I thought it was the gold coin he had stolen from his nephew...I'm assuming he was going to return it to him but got caught up in Linden's search for Jack.

I wasn't paying much attention to that scene.  I thought it was one of those things that addicts carry around saying how long they've been sober.
Linda is a jerk to Holder most of the time.

Hope she starts being nicer to him.

Linda's son is a douche.  I think a lot of people were hoping he was that dead boy they found.
