The problem with all that? In America, we don’t believe in debtor’s prisons. Oh, and the practice is unconstitutional. That means illegal. The U.S. outlawed debtor’s prisons in 1833. In 1983, the U.S. Supreme Court also ruled that jailing indigent debtors was illegal under the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause

Some of the **** I'm reading about TX is wild. You get a fine for the infraction and an extra fine that you gotta pay for three years (so 250 + 250*3); if you miss a payment, the fine doubles and if you can't pay, you sit it out in jail for days. Every payment gets a processing fee tacked onto it. Not automatic, but that's some BS.

These fools out there need to realize that outside of a solid, stable society, this is what real life looks like. No pity for the weak. People don't come to America just because, they do because they flee environments where the likes of Chuck are even more ruthless. Outside of the rule of law and popular consensus, power absolutely rules.

For example, I know cats who have lost land that rightfully belonged to them to government officials who wanted it and took it after falsifying official documents. What are you gonna do about that when the guy is on a first name basis with the local judge, the local police chief, the authorities in the capital, while your *** is just a no name professional without connections?

Chuck is right. If the farm animals want to tear down the fences of regulation and live among wolves, let them and see how long they survive.
