Shout out to my Uber in Jacksonville though recently who picked me up from the airport with a pickup full of fishing gear and a cooler of fish.

Dude was cool as hell and drove right for once.

If you can drive here, you can drive anywhere. Racing teams should recruit more NYers. We'd dominate Le Mans.

Nah, I can handle JFK to Woodbury in traffic as long as I have plenty of time and am in a sedan. But I lived in India for two years, owned a car there, and never once thought about driving myself anywhere.

Indian traffic is just next level. If you haven’t been in it, you just don’t know.

If you learn how to cross the street over there, coming back to the US as a pedestrian is like playing with a God cheat patch…

I only roll with Uber Black now. My firm will reimburse me so I learned from my NY journey that I have to play to pay. I recently dropped off my car for work at the dealership and didn’t want to deal with a Loaner so I took an Uber Black to work for a few days and boy was that so much better. Clean, respectful drivers and snacks. When I took a regular Uber comfort to pickup my car dude was driving in Denver like he just arrived from NYC. Super reckless and crazy. Had to hit him with a 3 star review which I didn’t do even in NYC.

I did not appreciate the 3 star review. AT ALL.

the other day, i dropped off my car to get new tires. they told me it would be 3 hours. called my job for a ride and then reconsidered. ended up walking to the mall for a pastry and then caught the bus. it was actually a nice ride and probably the greenest option i could come up with

When I first got back, my wife would get mad at how little I cared about traffic in NYC. Closest I felt to John Shaft, walking diagnally across the West Side Highway, because it felt safer than 90% of the sidewalks I’d spent the last two years walking.

And, yeah, Copenhagen was revelatory. Makes the convenience of the MTA feel like Houston Metro. No Uber in Denmark, but I never even needed it. Trains run 24 hours and even off peak are very 6 minutes. Crazy.

Apparently Trump is not gonna use "Meatball Ron" as an insult because it is inappropriate. Imagine that, a true to the game racist doesn't want to piss off Italians.

Anyway, the new joint he has been brainstorming is "Tiny D". I think that one is a winner too.

this is one of my biggest issues with things currently

just watch any of the many Italian mobster movies, like the godfather.. look how they get treated/spoken to and then how they turn around and treat/speak to say black people
