Serious question, isn't this a recruiting violation? Not complaining, just wondering. Because it's the reasoning I've always heard for why pros only talk to kids in DMs etc.




I know there was a rules change to allow coaches and boosters to retweet posts but I don't think they can say the kids name in a public tweet and recruit them to their school. It's the same reason kids can't talk with boosters about their school except for on campus.

Someone clear up the rule for me?
