My late night snack has always been guacamole and asian rice crackers 

I've been in a sweet and salty snack mood lately so these have been my go to choices:

I'm a huge fan of gummy candies (sour gummy worms, gummy bears, sweedish fish, sour patch kids, etc.) & starburst. chocolate chip cookies are good. fresh fruit is always great as well.

As far as salty: beef jerky, bbq pork rinds, nachos
