It is serious. Khedira feels under appreciated. Had a bond with Mou, Carlo not so much. Logjam in the pivot with Xabi Alonso, Khedira, Modric, Casemiro, Illarramendi.

The way bayern plays agressively, i cant see neymar doing anything but flopping. Hes going to dissapear that game.

Actually, he's the perfect player to break a high press. He has the close control and passing ability to thrive in tight spaces, the pace to get in behind a high line, and the goal scoring and playmaking ability to burn an opposition defense when he does get into those dangerous positions.

That said, I don't believe there's a defense or midfield that can live with Bayern over two legs. Barca's first choice midfield is thereabout in terms of quality, but Bayern are physically outstanding. They can press and break up play all game long and have strength in depth. Plus, they're great from set pieces, and while Barca have been improving this season in the new man marking system, there's still a lack of height.

So that leaves outscoring them. Messi et al are capable of doing so, but it's just not very likely - though Bayern have been poor in front of goal at the outset of this season. Obviously, they are still the clear favorites, and they look stronger under Pep.

You have to be seriously dim if you think that this deal is happening.

This. He's still got two years left on his deal so they'd wait until the end of next season to sell him if he doesn't want to stay, and the ensuing bidding war would ensure they'd get more than ~20m + Sahin. No doubt RM are keen on him, though. Speaking of, they'll probably start against Juve with one academy product on the pitch. Worth noting.

What a great past few days for goals.
Arsenal :pimp:
Ibra and Cavani :pimp:
Kasami's van Basten-esque goal :wow: :pimp:

Arsenal v Dortmund Facts....

Arsenal have won their two opening games of a Champions League
campaign for the seventh time in the last nine seasons.

Dortmund have never kept a clean sheet in four Champions League games against Arsenal.

Arsenal have won their last three Champions League games, the last
time they won four was in 2005 (six, from March to November)

Dortmund's only away win in England in the Champions League dates back to April 1997 against Manchester Utd (1-0). Since then, they have suffered three defeats and a draw.

Arsenal have won their two home games against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League (4 goals scored, 1 conceded).

Dortmund have won only one of their last 11 Champions League games played outside Signal Iduna Park (four draws, six defeats) - that was against Ajax at the Amsterdam Arena last season.

Arsenal have only lost four of their last 47 home games in the Champions League (33 wins, 10 draws), but the last two defeats have both come against German sides (Schalke and Bayern Munich in 2012-13).

Mesut Ozil has delivered more assists than any other player in the
Champions League since 2010-11 (15).

Only four of Robert Lewandowski's 13 Champions League goals have been scored away from home.
