Spider-man is my favorite superhero, yet it's remained unopened since I bought it 3 months ago. I play to start playing it one I finish The Witcher 3, Fallout 4, and Resident Evil 2.
I might just speed through RE2 and pop that Spider-Man open. I can finish finish the other in the coming months.

It's a 10/10 for me honestly.
I go back to it from time to time. Do some web swinging, stop some crimes, and then get into the photo mode.
Definitely the easiest photo mode for me to make pics. So many animations, suits, moves, etc. I don't do much with all the more advanced options,
The suits are so detailed when you zoom in. At one point I was doing a catalog of all the suits. Like close ups of the masks, web shooters, other details : lol.
Yeah, Spiderman PS5 is my most anticipated next-gen sequel/game right now.

Solid 8/10 game. Tight game play and good, overall length - not too long or short. Got it on disco and it was worth every last cent.
The non-Spiderman based 'stealth' levels were cheeks though.

I give it a 9 because the MJ/Miles stealth missions just weren't fun at all and took away from the game. Otherwise a pretty perfect game.

Since they have the assets for the city already in place, they can look into varying the type of combat and vehicle combat scenarios in the sequel.
Maybe open up some more of the buildings for exploration and combat too. Have Spidey fight baddies in tighter spaces just to vary things up.
I'm an older cat that grew up with Peter Parker as Spiderman so I"m not sure why they had to shoehorn Miles Morales into the game and give him the former's special abilities. From a succession planning perspective it makes no sense as Peter Parker in this universe is a college student too and they can't be that far apart in age. If the former was a washed old man, then having Miles take up the mantle could be OK for the 'New Jacks' that are vested in the latter.
Or maybe they're going to incorporate 2 player co-op where you can have both Peter and Miles take on baddies via network play - that could be interesting.

I cringed every time I had to do a Mary Jane or pre-Spidey Miles mission.........
Agreed they just took away from the game and looked extremely silly. I got some heat for 'spoiling' a 3 year old, 'Greatest Hits' game a few pages back so I'll try not to reveal too much but the one segment with MJ creeping around the garage was laughable.

The stealth missions were short enough. One of the MJ missions had a highlight of campaign for me.

the stealth missions were a good change of pace, the problem was not knowing that you were going to be doing them beforehand
ready to do some spidey stuff, and all of a sudden you gotta go stealth
would have been nice to know ahead of time or maybe make them optional with rewards

I've played a little but dont own any.
Main thing I'm waiting for with the ps5 is for them to announce the Spidey sequel, a Star Wars game, and a Batman game.
If not soon enough I'll just cop the Spidey and Batman Arkham games and play on the ps5 until.
Only game I think available for the switch is the Batman Tell Tale game and I don't think that's the same thing from looking at the gameplay and style.

I suggest trying out Arkham Knight.
Good game. Could have been better but I suggest you try it.
You can do slot of missions with the batmobile.
Azrael missions are in the game as well.
There is a rumor of a new Batman game in the works.
