You have to collect 5 power cores. It's apart of the Ancient Armor quest line. Some of the bunkers that you need to enter cannot be accessed until you reach a certain quest in the main line.

I played Persona 5 for about 30 minutes to an hour this morning. I just happened to have a bit of spare time so I figured I'd get it started. I made it past the initial intro and can say it already starts off better than P4G. I was in a battle in the first few minutes

It's not based on your level. You have to have completed a certain quest in the main line. That video posted above gives you all the details you need.

I'm not familiar with the ME universe so I may not have even noticed how "bad" it supposedly is. Fortunately, I was busy with Horzion and now Persona 5, I didn't even have time for Andromeda. It's nice to know that it'll be "fixed" by the time I get around to it.

I usually don't even notice that type of stuff. I'm just now starting to realize the difference between 30/60 fps.   As long as the gameplay is solid and the story is good, I can make it work.

Then your good imo. If you have other games to play tho play them. ME:A is massive imo. I do 5 or 6 hour sessions everytime i be like ok imma turn it off and end up playing for another hour lol.
