If you can wait till Sept/Oct then wait. Price drops or new models don't get announced months in advance so the new PS4 and a price drop for the current PS4 most likely won't be announced at E3.
All you'll have to deal with is the backlog.This year's been great so far.

TMNT getting bad reviews
It looked so good
one of the main gripes are short campaign and repetitiveness but i kinda expected that coming in. if youre a TMNT fan youll enjoy it though. ill probbaly crack it open this weekend. got it for $38 after tax at Best Buy.
