yea bro, I try to work them twice a week. Different exercises though and 3-4 days a part. The first day is endurance, mobilization and overload exercises. so lots of reps and more rom. More iso exercises. The 2nd one, today, was for power, less reps, compounds.

Similar to the westside-conjugate method.  I apply that method into my workout with a few lifts.  I don't do a body part split but my last phase I would do more of a dynamic squat with bands (chains get in next week so i'll be using them now) on Tuesdays and Fridays I would throw in that heavy squat.  Strength gains through the roof.


yeaaaa that's one of my go-to's man, i'll throw bands on the end of the bar for that extra elastic tension. I wish my regular gym had chains. I'm jelly.
 
Tips of keeping bananas from going bad in like 3 days

When you buy them, only put like half of them in a fridge. Eat the ones sitting out first. Then after like 2-4 days, pull the ones in the fridge out. The ones in the fridge won't ripen at all so you'll want to pull them out like 2-3 days before you want to eat them.

I use my Do Wins for squats, gonna use these for DLs and everything else, I have some Adidas 5 toe shoes but they are annoying to put on, and I tried to DL in my socks and my feet were getting sweaty.

Couldnt make it tonight, next year ill have PTO, so ill buy the platinum pass and be out here the whole weekend.

$25 entry and I left with 15 tees not counting the ones I paid for, shakers and samples...they were stingy though, compared to my brother's haul in the past three expos, and the GF and I were there from 10-3

Still though, da come up :hat

Can't wait for the LA Fit Expo in January
