My gym is only truly dead on Fridays.
Mondays are a nightmare :x
Indeed.I swear man peanut butter makes anything taste good
I use the Blueberry xtend, havent tried watermelon, hear it taste like jolly rancher, only flavor i havent had
Sidenote: Why is that when I don't go to the gym I tend to make bad food decisions. It's like "sure I'll have one of those cookies, ooo chips yea let me get some, Is that pink lemonade, oh yes please pour me a cup" It's an endless dirty little cycle I go through.
Days I go I eat clean.
I`m dreading having to look for a gym to join, LA Fittness is looking like my choice since they are all over atlanta, but I can only work out when I get off work (like 430-5pm) but I hear LA Fitness is sooooooo packed since that is peak hours.
Push ups starting at 25 going down to 1 is a great daily workout
I'm in Jersey but my LA Fitness is a zoo after like 330. I've been experimenting with what times are good and if I go around 3-4, it's packed with HS kids. I went at like 5 once and it was FULL with people I was heated man. They had a DJ there and everything. I thought I walked into a club - never again lol. I wouldn't have a problem with a lot of people being there/waiting but the place is a mess. Weights everywhere, not enough barbells. I'm sure it won't be too bad a little bit later though. 7 or so.
Just avoid 5-8 and youll be alright.Yea I was thinking about going at like 8, but I go to sleep around 11-1130 and dont want to be restless. And I dont think I can do that Morning workout because I am not a Morning person AT ALL. Ive been thinking about joining a smaller gym but my only fear is accessibility. I`m not at a point where I travel heavy, but with LA fitness I like the idea that I can go lift when I`m at my moms house, at my pops house, at my house, by my job, at my gils house, or heck if I go out of town.
Try to do a couple minutes but I do a set during commercials when I'm watching tv. And change up the stance from wide, military and regularHow much rest in between sets?

Morning workouts feel AMAZING, you already feel accomplished for the day and you'll be more likely to follow through with eating healthy cause you woudnt want to mess up the morning workout. 5-8am actually is pretty "crowded", not the same as 5-8pm crowded, but more than you would think. After 8am, people usually are off to work, and it gets pretty chill.
I work 8-5 so Id have to go crazy early. I found a Gym called Iron House Fitness its 35 a month no contract, looks like a big warehouse with a ton of weights. lol Type of Gym you would have seen Rocky train in http://ironhouse.org/gallery.html
theres a Worlds gym too right down the road from it, but Ive ready shady stuff about their billing, but joint is 40,000 square foot. With Iron House though I know its gonna be just lifters there, because I dont even think they have any if much cardio stuff.
I usually go to LA Fitness at its peak hours 5-8 and it can be bad at times but I never really have a problem getting my workouts in. Mondays are the absolute worst, but I only gotta wait a couple extra minutes to use something.
