Only if the person ur throwing with can throw and hit u in the chest. I prefer playing catch not fetch
 
Throwing a baseball and certain lifts are a nightmare for your shoulder and rotator cuff.

Eric Cressey, a top baseball trainer, doesn't let pitchers do anything overhead, or back squat from the position it puts your shoulders in.
 
Any deadlifters/powerlifting gurus in here got any pointers? Things they think I should work on?
Just started deadlifting again...used to sumo pull, but I did a year of strictly oly lifting, so now I feel more comfortable pulling it conventional. Here's a heavy single at 375, 1RM probably being at 405.


Drop your hips more and ditch the elevated heels, it actually looked pretty good though. 
 
Did squats today with weights for the first time in a couple weeks. Ditched the kicks and put 5lbs plates under my heels. Was able to get depth, def hit parralel. Started with 135 and worked up to 225. Didnt wanna rush the weight too much, focusing on form for now. Gonna keep working on getting more depth.

did squats today. Went for 185 I did two sets of two. Definitely felt like I could do a couple more maybe but I'm scared to :lol new pr for me

Ran a 5k yesterday...however it was a trail run....twists, turns, 3/4 inches of grass, rocks, roots, etc. Holy ****. Never run on anything other than pavement in my life. Ridiculously sore.

I saw this yesterday. Is it wrong that I was like "QUARTER SQUAT" when he first went down lol? But then he completed the whole motion and I was like damn. Either way it's impressive. Big props to the dude. He can squat way more than me
