Bent over row(pronated grip) 3x8
Bent over row (supinated grip) 3x8

Lat pull down (reverse grip) 3x8
Seated rows 3x8
Forearm curl 3x20 each arm

Cardio
 
Too my superburn. Felt that caffeine QUICK. LeSD of a pump than actual pretty workout, though. Went upstate and did chest. Hit 295x1.5 after 265x3 (5 sets).

Rest was hypertrophy.

Hit 180lbs. Gonna lean up to 175 then slow bulk back to 185. Everyone saying I'm looking lean/bigger. So I'm happy cause I know I'm cutting right.

Just hit my macros to the T. It's a slow night for me [emoji]128554[/emoji]

315 bench coming soon (Never tried 315, ever. Was always too scared. Highest i hit was 300, wgen i first started lifting. Then lost my gauns to a crappy diet. Don't laugh lmao).
