But I was really just trying to figure out why your back rounds. You're clearly strong but I'd say something in your lower body is tight that is causing the wink.

Man you're def right. I honestly don't take time to really work on mobility and justnoverall recovery. Any suggestions?
 
Legs last night....went too hard...have a soccer game tomorrow at 9am...im not gonna be ready :lol

Squat 275lbs six sets of 3 for working. Felt so good that i did 5 sets of 3 at 275 and did the last set of 3 at 315. Came down did some high bar work at 185.

Leg up split squats...4 sets of 10 on each leg :{
Stiff leg deads
inner and outer hip machines (i have such tight/arthritic hips i swear)

Finished with stair climber for 15mins.

Late response but that's those soccer hips. My boy is only 23 but has arthritis in his hip already :lol. He's mad fragile. He sprained his ankle celebrating a goal when we were playing Fifa :rollin
 
10 x 10 squat today.. just with 135 then going in to other leg work outs.

Have a cold right now, down 5 lbs since Tuesday :evil. Might just keep on not eating :lol #eatingdisorder

Idk. My guess was that you had tight hamstrings cuz I had that same problem. I couldn't bend at the waist and touch my toes. But you say you could, so...idk how to help you lol
 


For anyone who has trouble squatting to depth or has to compensate to reach depth. It's 15 minutes but well worth it IMO. Stability + Mobility + Motor Control = Gainz

Todays workout
135lb. 8 x 10. 185 2x10
Abductors adductor 3x10 each
Hack squat (each side) 45 x15
90 x 10. 135 x 8. 185x5 135 x 8. 90 x10 45x 12 slow and pause.

Single leg stand hanstring curls 4x 10

Stuff leg deadlifts 4x10. 100 yard wide step lunges. 1000 meter row.
And was too gassed todo anything else. Ima feel it in the A.m.
Foam roll and stretching the rest of the day
 
Anyone do unassisted pistol squats with ease?
