If youre squatting heavy, say 3 plates at the least then the Romes would probably be better. Otherwise Metcons would be more than good enough.

Are the Metcons goat for squats? Or should I get Romaleos? Looking to get rid of my Chucks since theyre ripping

This is kinda like saying, (insert basketball shoe brand here) is only good if you're dunking.
Romaleos will help anyone of any level.

Question for you guys. When you do a cable row, does your torso move (like the video below) or do you stay upright the entire movement?
Thought you was supposed to deadlift flat footed?I agree, though I usually wear Elite socks so it doesnt bother me too mch. I have the adidas Powerlifts and they are great for squatting but suck for DL's. Otherwise its kinda uncomfortable.
It helps me most with overhead movements with the bar or on cleans.

It's just a different feeling. Weightlifters use Romaleos and adipowers all the time. The first part of the pull for cleans and snatches are basically deadlifts.
