Yea I have them on now kicking around. I like them. I'll let you know how they are in the gym. Picked them up at the outlet for $50. Couldn't resist the price.
 
I just received my phase 8 yesterday. Peanut butter chocolate. It has to be the worst tasting protein ever made. Holy crap it's disgusting
 
I told my coach, 'my goal before the end of the yr was a 200 pound clean, but I don't think I'm going to get it.'

'you coming in tomorrow? We'll try to get 185 out of you tomorrow. '

My best ever was 175, but this was back in may before I started focusing on snatching. Since then, I've regressed to 165 on my cleans.

I think he might end up killing me, lol

I remember ordering a sample size Peanut Butter Chocolate, it was so bad I threw it away.  Reg Chocolate and White Chocolate are good though.
 
Probably strained my lower back tonight during squats

Rocked my rehband knee sleeves today which gave me a boost of confidence

 I was able to hit 245lbs for 5 reps (I know, my squat game is weak)

After that, my lower back started feel a bit weird (mainly my lower left side) so I lowered my weight down to 200lbs and it was still aching and what not.

Had to skip out on deadlifts incase I cause more injury

Pretty much had a horrible lower body day today

anyone have any tips or tricks to win a 30 day weight loss comp at work. i'm going against some pretty fat people. seems like they have an advantage over me since a 300# tub of lard burn more calories walking to the fridge than i do running 5 miles. anyway, last time i won by dehydrating myself pretty badly in the last 24 hours. i was thinking of drinking as much water as i could before my weigh in and maybe wear my heaviest jeans on that day too. any other ideas?
 
Well since its a a competition, drink and eat a lot before weigh in. Also don't go the bathroom before it too ill atleast 5lbs over.

Anything with Brian Shaw, Derek Poundstone, and of course da gawd Bill Kazmaier. I love watching videos of them. Kaz is the man, even did a powerlifting comp and totaled over 2100 with ease.

I know some good articles on cutting water if ya want PM me. Eat something with a **** ton of salt in it beforehand, hell just eat a **** ton for the whole week before and then cut

everyone is throwing in $20. unsure how many but for sure over 5 people, probably over 10. weigh in is on monday so i'll eat plenty of salty foods this weekend and hydrate as much as i can. maybe cork my *** and not take a dump. it's not so much the money but office bragging rights go a long way. not gonna flat out cheat and put lead in my pockets or anything like that :lol

last time i didn't eat or drink for the last 24 hours except ice chips. that was miserable. i'm pretty dark-skinned but i looked pale and ashy on weigh in day :lol
 
You can lose more with water manipulation then just not eating for a day.
 
definitely. i need some kind of advantage. we got some obese people in the mix. the kind that could lose 40# and still look exactly the same :lol
 
Yoooooo I was just reading that earlier today at work! That **** is hilarious 

Theres a lot of **** on the misc that is just so stupid its funny
