My bench is off for some reason
I have a slight arch in my back with both feet firmly planted on the ground and have my chest slightly lifted.
When I go to press, I feel it more in my shoulders than my chest. Bar goes below slightly below my nipple line
Shrug up, then back, then down before you lay down. Squeeze your glutes together and keep your feet stable throughout the lift.
