Just a month... pump lasted a lil longer but that was about it. Got stronger but it wasn't leaps past my regular programming gains

Don't understand how you guys run these long distances in such an incredible pace

5 minute pace for a mile?

Even when I was at my best at running, I had an 8 minute mile hah.

Trying to get back into it now, been running at the gym for 10 minutes at a 5.5 pace just to get myself used to it again. Still a bit scared for my foot, that mental block syndrome is real.

My best mile ever was 7. Idk, I'm just not a runner like that man.

At my box, the guys seem to average 6 min something miles lol

my knees arent built for running anymore

maybe they would get used to it on real pavement. screw that treadmill crap

Treadmills are dookie

Plan to scoop up some winter leggings and throw some shorts over top to run this winter. Already got some yak trax pro on deck so I dont slip on ice

I used be be able to hold down for about a 6:20 mile pace on a 5k. Really fell off though the last couple years after getting 2 stress fractures in my foot. Would love to get back to that point of being able to do even 7:30 minute pace runs.

Lol I try to run 2 miles every night mostly end up running 3 times a week so that's not too bad but soccer is amazing non stop running , might have to pick tht back up .

Can't wait to get back to soccer once this exam i am taking next week is done with.

Got myself a pair of hyperfeels to lift and kick around in. Should be pretty good.. flat, comfortable, super fitted. Anyone else have a pair they've trained in?
