For me, my hips sit lower on the cleans... That's about the only difference I'm aware of.

Anybody prefer dumbbell press rather than bench?

Do both.Reverse fst or just go in to power lifting this week?
I decided a few weeks ago to eliminate back squats, conventional deadlifts and overhead pressing from all of my workouts (forever) and my body feels soooo much better. Im glad I stopped being stubborn and finally pulled the plug on those exercises.
My biceps tendonitis is finally getting better so I can get back to power snatching. I had been going relatively light for quite awhile because of the shoulder problem/technique/mobility issues, but I got 155 a few days ago and it felt pretty good. It wasnt as fast or smooth as Id like it to be, but itll do for now.
Power cleans are getting there too. I can get 215 for a triple, but its not the best. I can move 205 fast, but 215 feels soooo heavy.

I feel you. It is tough on the body especially when you got other **** going on.
My foot width is about the same. Maybe just a little bit wider when I clean.
But everyone is kinda different. I notice some people like to get their feet so wide that their arms have to bend to get around it.
Not sure what you mean about shoulder rotation
Ive been playing around with my stance a lot lately, right now Im doing more of a \ / stance just to see how it goes. After this meet Im dropping down to the 70-80 range and work on it more.Yeah, I just feel like doing the movement just because its 'X" isnt enough of a reason for me. Im involved in a lot of stuff and lately ive been all about positioning>exercise>weight. Basketball, flag football, speed workouts, yoga 2x a week. Its just a lot and id rather feel better not doing the exercises than doing them because theyre popular exercises.
I keep my head neutral and my eyes straight ahead. I think looking down could become problematic.Where do you guys look when you squat? I used to directly look at myself when I started. Then I looked slightly up, because I heard it helps you get out of the hole. On frosts night, I started looking slightly down, and it felt a whole lot better for my core, so I'm sticking with it for now.
Inzer for belts, don't use knee wraps but Ive heard good things about Titans and Mark Bells line.Do you guys have preferred brand of Weight belt and Knee wraps?

A little wider when you clean? Thats interesting because im a little more narrow when I clean and wider when I was deadlifting.
Ive felt like my starting position was off in the deadlift and ive tried different ways of getting into a good spot but I just couldnt find it. I took videos, pictures, and asked a bunch of people and realized that my body segment lengths dont add up to a good deadlift position. Oh well.
In a clean/snatch, my shoulders are more internally rotated and in any deadlift variaotion, its more of an external rotation.
Ulisses aesthetic as hell
Panda.....nah
