Also what time period is this in?
Is this a prequel to the OG movie or a complete reboot?
If so is this from years back or years ahead since the from the beginning to the end Caesar aged about 8 years.

I can see sequels going into Man vs Ape, Us dying from the disease (neighbor), that one ugly ape with the with the messed up face being an antagonist to caesar and be the X to caesars MLK.

Yea plus they had the other two apes that resembled the ones played by Michael Clark Duncan and Paul Giamatti.

Its a reboot/origin story and its set in an undefined modern time.

The actor who played Caesar prior to the motion capture/CGI is Andy Serkis, same actor who played Gollum and King Kong

Very entertaining movie. The ending was a bit weak. The moment Cesar hugged Franco at the end and pulled his head close, I was praying that Cesar WOULD NOT speak. Once he did, that was what kinda ruined it for me.

In the OG they were thousands of years into the future. So they evolve and reproduce over time while taking over the planet

Yea I was lol it's been a while since I saw the OG and I figured they were still on Earth when he said he was home the whole time. I just wonder why on the remake their planet had two moons.
