Official Slam Dunk Jordan Release Thread

Excessive hype at its best! These forums are full of it especially for JB shoes. They could produce any retro and might not even look like much but because they are Jordan's the hype heads will go nuts over them.

I feel for those that pay $350-$600 for these Slam Dunks, I find that hilarious! LOL

I don't believe the HYPE
Yeah. **** other people for having different tastes, experiences, and opinions about these ANIME COLLABS, right? Those guys are stupid with some of them having heard of Slam Dunk before today.

You're commenting in this thread with no interest in anything in it but your own opinion, I find that hilarious! LOL

yo i want them sport blue 6s for 600. those are fire bruh. I NEED EM

Which brave NT'er will be the first to put them on feet? Always like looking at on-feet pics with fits.

You are acting like a fool and are taking my opinion to personal. It has nothing to do with other people's taste, if you read my post correctly you would have understood me speaking on someone's post about hype and crazy resellers prices.

Cut out the foolishness.

Got mine from City Gear Lenox (I won the raffle). They only had 9 pairs, only 4 people picked up, so 5 pairs went to FCFS at 10.

WIshATL (opens at noon, but has a LOT of people there already) is FCFS, DTLR Southlake did FCFS, and A Ma Maniere ATL is also FCFS (also has a LOT of people). Everywhere else did raffles.

Kop mine with ease Woke up are breakfast and walked in the mall and walk out

I let mine go for 440 earlier today...that profit will cover next week's 1s.

Oh, the Hub? One on southern blvd is sold out. Not that I want them, I just thought BX wouldn't know about 'em, I didn't even know about these until I found this thread by mistake.
the other jimmy jazz in bx, they only had 5 pairs total

They were everywhere, but not really in any high quantities. Most any store got in stock here in ATL is 18. The rest had 12-14, or 9 pairs.
Think about it homie.....

ALLLL these stores online had them... not to mention at least 2-3 locations in every major city from each retailer have 18-36 pairs

Not to mention Mom and Pop Boutiques that got pairs as well - your talking about another 300  stores in USA alone right there getting 18 pairs or so

Then there's overseas markets: Asia, UK, Australia, and So America  and all their stores that got pairs....

maybe 100,000 pairs at least if not more

No way in hell there were 100,000 of these. None of us know the real #s released (unless you're @vampire xtc) but I would probably bet what I pay in tuition that there weren't 100k. The estimates for bred 1s and royal 1s are around 20-25k and those released at way more retailers and boutiques.

You know a business analyst that works closely with Nike has already stated that only about 20k pairs were sold between overseas and the US...

And ALLLLLL those stores had the WTK8s and Champagne/Cigar 6s and there's still only about 20-24k pairs each of those. How many stores and how they're distributed is almost irrelevant.

Slams didn't even drop in the UK

That should tell you there's less Slams than Breds and Royals
