Unemployment "falls" to 10.2%. Celebrate!!!!!!!!

And this is why Dwalk votes for Trump. So poor people in his community can beg him for money.

This guy is a ******* idiot and has no idea what he is doing

U.S. employers added 1.8 million jobs in July despite a coronavirus surge.

Still, the increase reported Friday by the Labor Department was well below the 4.8 million jump in jobs in June and a sign that momentum is slowing after a burst of economic activity in late spring. The unemployment rate fell to 10.2 percent.

Although the gain of 1.8 million is heartening, it represents only a fraction of the 22 million jobs lost in March and April, when all but essential businesses closed.

Y'all are reading so much into an article written by the New York Times

No one said it was time to celebrate or that it equaled the jobs gains in June.

I just posted the jobs numbers.

Relax

1 point drop in unemployment is usually astounding. but in our current situation it is disappointing evidence that hopes for a v-curve recovery are evaporating

of course the whole v-curve prediction has always overlooked the impact of this crash in finishing off sputtering industries/jobs all at once rather than drawing out the inevitable for years
