Trump is ******* over most white people in this country too, they are just to racist to realize it. He is helping a select few rich ones plunder.

Of all the regrets Barrack Obama has about his presidency, I doubt one of them is "I wish I was more morally bankrupt and crooked, to help a few affluent black folk make some more money". Not should anyone have wanted him to do as such.

And Dems would have been complicit in such action.

and making sure programs and school activities are funded
assist with giving those schools specifically adequate supplies
and making sure those districts are on are at LEAST on par academia wise
with the "non urban" schools
a good way of helping out our fellow black folks imo

Famb, Obama's budgets were filled with that sort of funding. And some stuff you mentioned would take Congressional action beyond budgets

But the President is not a King so they were dead on arrival when they went to Congress.

There are a ton of legit criticisms of Obama but ones that are based h finding a way to subvert Congress.

Trump didn't subvert Congress for his major plunder, Congress helped him pass the tax bill.

Trump proposes tons of more ****** up **** the Dems killed.

Trump does ****** up **** through executive order but most of it is undoing good **** Obama did.

The courts have also aided the GOP in rolling back good **** Obama did

Your entire argument is based on a bad comparison and a flippant regard for checks and balances.

Trumpism is not a means to achieve black justice.

Public healthcare is not the option in our system, it's the other way around. Private insurance is where you opt in our out.

public option meaning a govt. controlled health insurance agency that would compete with private insurance. basically what Obama tried to pass with the ACA but it was killed in the senate

If the bet is that Obama could have funneled tens of billions, approaching 100s into specific schools, and the GOP, Congress, state AGs in red States, federal courts, and SCOTUS would let him, I would run your damn pockets because you don't know what you are talking about.
