Affluent and educated white women will not be the reason Trump wins in 2020.

Trump win with white women was driven by uneducated white women. The same clowns you see at rallies loving them some white Supremacy. They did not hide ****.

The white women you see protesting will vote blue by a large margin in 2020. The ones that will vote Trump are not showing up to protest him now, and most go to his rallies.

says a liberal white woman:

Democrats, The Yoga Vote Won’t Save You

The affluent ones that put white supremacy over destroying the patriarchy tip their hand long before the election.
You know nuance doesn't exist anymore Rusty

no matter how many times i see it
this gif is never not funny

You've got single-issue voters. Many vote pro-life or pro-choice. Many vote their wallets. The time for intellectual debates about long-term effects of policies is a luxury the average American voter lacks.

Can you provide data showing what you just stated?

It doesn't refute anything I said.

I am not arguing that affluent liberal white women will save the Democratic Party, I am not absolving white women of their voting trends. I am not saying a ton of affluent white women don't reliably vote GOP. I am saying the white women you guys seeing protesting Trump are not the ones driving his numbers with the larger demographic. Those are not the ones you need to worry about.

Why is physical fitness link to left politics and considered a bad thing? Reminds me of “you think you’re so smart with your multiple college degrees!?!????” being said by a grown adult working for min wage.

Reality is that in many rural areas around the country, the smug attitude of what individuals perceive as "liberal elites" works against the Democrats. A lot of that is tied to education, opportunity, and experience.

Living/growing up in new york city is very different than living/growing up in the rural parts of Mississippi and Alabama. The inability to respect and reach out to those voters is how Trump won the first time.

I referenced the jobs report. I have posted iterations of it in the past. After it was referenced someone commented about how it doesn't show the full picture. Undoubtedly the same thing you will do. Trolling is the asbestos memes and coal gang.

Didn't Trump himself say that the jobs report was crap prior to the election, when the jobs report stated the unemployment rate was 4.9%? He claimed that it was really 42%, but then a month after he became president he somehow dropped the unemployment rate down to 4.7 (over 37%).

Yes. And when he said it many on the left said he was wrong. Can't really have it both ways. Either it is pointless or it is indicative. It shouldn't depend on who's president.

He certainly has a pathway to victory. As long as the argument from democrats is more anti-trump and less pro-policies then I think it is very likely he wins again.
You're talking like Trump is just sitting in the Oval Office, not trying to undo the momentum of the Obama years. All the wishes of the Right are being granted, and they suck. Even their donors agree on that, which is new.

The only thing the GOP politicians (those who can view things long-term, and there arent that many on the right) are hoping is that the stench of Trump goes away with him so that they can go back to the dog whistles as usual.

You should be saying this to Trump. He is the one who disputed the accuracy of the job report FIRST.

I agree with you on that point. It is undoubtedly hypocritical, but then again it is equally hypocritical to tout President Obama's numbers and rely on Trump's hypocrisy to negate his numbers.

Neither you, or Trump, can have it both ways.

It is at this point when many stop responding in the thread. Pointing out hypocrisy doesn't negate the substance of an issue.

It is funny that when the GDP numbers came out, the report explicitly cited the increase in government spending as a major factor accelerating growth. The budget deal the GOP and Dems cuts, the same bill Trump was against, the same type of bill the GOP denied Obama, was the catalyst for this economy that conservatives want praise so much.

If Trump got his way on everything he want, he would have severely injured the economy. He wanted to cut spending severely. So the economy is doing well in spite of Trump, not because of him.

Furthermore his tax bill has set a deficit time bomb that is set to go off in a couple years.

Conservatives are funny, by Trump own standards his economic record is a failure. Look at the promises he made, and look at what he achieved. There is a massive gap, because he was ******* lying from the jump.

Should be in the NFL with that side step

Why is Obama’s still being discussed? It’s over bro. Been more than a year now

Why is history being discussed in a political discussion thread?

... surely that isn't a serious question. Do you ask this question when Rusty mentions the historical effects of supply side economics?

Hypocrisy wins the day, as usual...

You should be in the NFL front office, with all that tacit support of white supremacy you like to show off.

You would fit right in.

Another glaring example of how Trump won the first time. Calling anyone perceived as conservative a supporter of white supremacy (basket of deplorables)... Perhaps new tactics are in order.
