Jobs are when capitalists, owners of capital, who have captured most of the wealth, decide to rent labor from people in exchange for a tiny portion of the new wealth created by that labor. A “full employment” economy is one where capitalists are tapping into the reserve army of labor.
So when trump brags about how many minorities he has employed or other folks, who are SWS, claim that they are good people because they employee so many people of color; do not forget the power dynamics of employment.
