Looks like he's having another one of his meltdowns today. He sure seems very concerned about Manafort despite his current trial explicitly not being related to collusion/conspiracy.
Mueller has the authority to pursue any matters arising directly from his investigation. Which is exactly what he's doing with Manafort and these financial crime charges.

How’s this still a witch hunt when people have confessed and been put to jail? He then said collusion isn’t illegal....... what?

Is it me or is it a little wild to be able to follow the complete meltdown of the resigned leader of the free world in real time on twitter?

Technically he's right about the latter part to some extent. 'Collusion' isn't a crime statute but certain activities that could be described under the term collusion may be illegal under actual statutes.
Conspiracy to defraud the United States for example.

In the context in which it’s being looked at for the case it’s completely illegal and the basis for his defamation on Hilary “lock her up” Clinton. Trump is an idiot

Did a bit of digging on the New York Review, appears to be a well respected institution with high praise from other outlets like WaPo, NYT, The Guardian, ...

Excerpt:
I have learned that a confidential White House memorandum, which is in the special counsel’s possession, explicitly states that when Trump pressured Comey he had just been told by two of his top aides—his then chief of staff Reince Priebus and his White House counsel Don McGahn—that Flynn was under criminal investigation. This memo, the existence of which I first disclosed in December inForeign Policy, was, as one source described it to me, “a timeline of events [in the White House] leading up to Flynn’s resignation.” It was dated February 15, 2017, and was prepared by McGahn two days after Flynn’s forced resignation and one day after Trump’s meeting with Comey. As I reported, research for the memo was “primarily conducted by John Eisenberg, the deputy counsel to the president and legal adviser to the National Security Council,” who, in turn, was “assisted by James Burnham, another White House counsel staff member.”

During my reporting, I was allowed to read the memo in its entirety, as well as other, underlying White House records quoted in the memo, such as notes and memos written by McGahn and other senior administration officials. My reporting for this story is also based on interviews with a dozen former and current White House officials, attorneys who have interacted with Mueller’s team of investigators, and witnesses questioned by Mueller’s investigators.

In arguing in their January 29 letter that Trump did not obstruct justice, the president’s attorneys Dowd and Sekulow quoted selectively from this same memo, relying only on a few small portions of it. They also asserted that even if Trump knew there had been an FBI investigation of Flynn, Trump believed that Flynn had been cleared. Full review of the memo flatly contradicts this story.

(Long article, I only copied the opening paragraph and some excerpts above)

Flynn, Comey, and Mueller: What Trump Knew and When He Knew It
Previously undisclosed evidence in the possession of Special Counsel Robert Mueller—including highly confidential White House records and testimony by some of President Trump’s own top aides—provides some of the strongest evidence to date implicating the president of the United States in an obstruction of justice. Several people who have reviewed a portion of this evidence say that, based on what they know, they believe it is now all but inevitable that the special counsel will complete a confidential report presenting evidence that President Trump violated the law. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who oversees the special counsel’s work, would then decide on turning over that report to Congress for the House of Representatives to consider whether to instigate impeachment proceedings.

The bigger the meltdown, the more people’s eyes will be deflected from the fact that a little girl died from an illness she caught while locked in an Ice detention center

I like the sudden uproar on gun rights now that the rich old white men realize 3D printing is going to cause them to lose a lot of money

It is the usual argument against leftist policies: "but Venezuela"

When you counter with "what about Northen Europe?" They hit you with the subliminal dog whistle: "the population is homogeneous"

For the Trumpists, left-wing policies are only possible in a White, right-wing America.

They can't even tell you why Venezuela is the way is it now beyond their one word answer - socialism.

Not looking forward to MAGGOTS showing I.D at the supermarket from this point forward. Lines are slow enough as it is.

The homogeneous dog whistle is so interesting to me because it their is layers to the racism.

They are not only saying that socialism is only possible when white people try it. Implying cultural superiority of whites.

They are also snitching on themselves. They are saying leftist policies won't work in America because white people only want government services that help white people.

While that is not true of all white people, it is definitely true of poorer GOP voters. They are willing to deny themselves good roads, quality schools, affordable healthcare, clean water, decent housing, food, their teeth, and a decent future for their child just because the Liberals/Leftist/Socialist them that black and brown folk will get it too. Rich conservatives have convinced them that their white identity is worth more to them than economic security.
