A peace agreement was reached with the Taliban in Feb 2020.
A condition of it was we leave the country
That is why there were no casualties
If we stayed, breaking the deal, there would have been fatalities, probably more than 4
This bombing was probably done by an enemy of the Taliban
Over 60 Americans died under Trump before the peace deal

Diane Feinstein put out a statement saying we should continue counter-terrorism effort in Afghanistan to bring the people that did this bombing to justice
