. If you don't want him talking ****, then don't let him score.

i find it hard to believe steph did that unprovoked. like many GSW fans, we've watched this dude since he was a rookie and it seems wildly uncharacteristic of him to talk **** out of nowhere, particularly with that demeanor he expressed it with. we'd be foolish to think Jaylen didn't say a word to elicit steph's trash talk.

that being said, steph got humbled real quick. in hindsight, he looks like an idiot after going scoreless in the 4th. this dude needs to get his MVP game back

haha come on man all last year steph was stuntin everytime he hit a big shot....lets not pretend he doesn't try to carry himself a certain way

curry stuntin after a big shot last season is the same thing as harden's new shoulder-shimmy after hitting a timely 3 pointer ...it's far from "trash talk" in that harden isn't directing it at opponents, cuzz is just celebrating his shot and feeling himself. i would say it's the same with steph

i would agree that last night, though, something was different.

"I didn’t say a word to him. I promise I didn’t say a word to him," Brown said. "I was just out there playing D, doing my job. He looked at me and starting doing whatever. But, I mean, they needed that energy to get them going. I’m just glad we got the win tonight."

Celtics All-Star guard Isaiah Thomas joked that Brown must have been barking at Curry. Informed that Brown was adamant he didn't say anything, Thomas alluded to Boston's defensive efforts in the fourth quarter.

"I mean, they don’t [point] when Avery [Bradley] guards them," Thomas said. "I know that."

 Jaylen sounds like the kid trynna talk his way out of detention. As a Cal grad, im rootin for him to get his shine on.

GG last nite, hope this was a finals preview

Curry dances and makes faces all the time but it's rare he actually singles someone out and says something.

Son was def talking some **** to Steph for him to respond like that after hitting the shot.

He even did the talking gesture with his hands afterwards to signify Jaylen was saying something.

I can give Kawhi over Russ because the record narrative we all seem to know matters.

Kawhi over Lebron in the MVP?

Disgusted with yall.

Pretty sure it wasn't, unless LeBron hits by a bus. GG though.

Warriors should've never switched the team up. Keeping Curry Klay and Green was enough with a solid bench for 5 years strong. Now they gotta decide between KD or Klay.

This dude aint heard of a slump before? This is coming on the heels of a 5 game road trip three quarters into the season. There's a reason why Kerr is talking about resting players moving forward. Don't like watching them lose but come playoffs these records are negligible.

At this point, I'll take a more rested starting line up come playoffs in exchange for potentially losing the 1 seed

Long as big time players come up in big time moments (playoffs), that's all that matters I agree.

Meh they're probably just tired from all the Basketball they've had to play compared to everyone else.

And Kerr said they have to go back on the Road too.

Must be tough.

This. Number 1 seed isn't as important as people are putting it. Home court throughout the playoffs sounds nice but in today's game, you gotta win on the road.

Health > #1 seed.
