Lol it’s hard to listen to him for too long, everything is so personal. It’s comical that he becomes as an equal joke.
When he talks about “it’s art”, he’s saying it in a way that’s condescending. But it is… and just like art there are niche sections of art that people are attracted to. There is a demo that likes the goofy nonsense. They like the overly flippy stuff that means nothing, blow up dolls, or viagra on a pole match.
I’ve never been a Kenny fan, been pretty on the record saying “I don’t like it.” with what he does/how he wrestles.
I was entertained with the build to Osprey, enjoyed the majority of the match. But as a hole his style is just not for me. The wrestling type, 97 kickouts (which is now a norm), the Street Fighter combos, the flippyness. It makes the matches mean nothing, doesn’t matter. Just hit the acrobatics and someone get a pin, because the next match will be the same acrobatics.
