The one baffling thing.

Is you have a roster right.

You have DLo and AR. At minimum gives you two guys who can do something with the ball. That’s a luxury. AR can create more for himself but does so nicely. DLo has a more mixed bag and can get himself going, but can also get shooters the ball and as well as AD.
Why the hell would you not look to find the puzzle piece at the 2 that can connect them. Even if it was just a really physical guard who can tie his shoelaces on offense.

You have Bron right. Old but still really good, all-star level. But he’s old. Why wouldn’t you look for an athletic forward opposite of him.

You have AD. A top 10-15 guy in the league. But does have career long nagging injuries. Why not have a more quality backup so you’re asking for 28 hard nose minutes with a small 4-6 minute stretch where he can coast.

That’s been the baffling experiment since July 2023.

Between Gabe, JHS, Max, Max Lewis, Cam, Rui or Vando, Wood, Hayes… Couldnt get 2 of the 3 through trade? Hell 1 of the 3?
