Watched Tanahashi vs. Suzuki from New Beginning this year. It was some good stuff, as good as their KOPW 2012 match.

Structurally, it felt like two matches in one. They spent the first 20 minutes having a back and forth brawl leading up to Tanas first HFF attempt and from that point on they spend the next 12 minutes having a ground based submission battle with Suzuki targeting Tana’s leg.

Maybe my second favorite match of Tanas this year.
