U can download it on any computer or download the app on phone. But im unsure if u can video chat through the phone...unless they fixed it.

Some girls just don't like to message fIrst.
I've had girls visit my page 3 or 4 times before finally messaging after realizing I wasn't going to.
Also they may have been intrigued by the pic but turned off by something in the profile

I dont get why yall confused about women visiting and not messaging. I mean, they want to see your profile, look at pics and see what you have to say. If they're interested theyll message you. I do way more browsing than messaging.

Not necessarily.
But that part shouldn't be hard to understand...but with OKC you can see every time a person visits your page (unless they have it turned off) Some will visit multiple times over the course of days....and not message
It's best not to try to rationalize the irrational though.
