Why would our fellow racist Americans want to tune in to watch the men/lil boy team lose to other countries?

Lol those nationalistic racists aren't ashamed enough to pay their men less and women more.

A lot of people who support the women's team like myself aren't "white racists". Many are just as inspired by their perseverance in spite of being treated like second fiddle to the subpar men's team.

We have gone through every excuse and made it down to racism, im impressed.

Women's football at lower levels than the Olympics has like 10 teams. Literally less than half the men's league.

Comparing the national teams is a better reflection of the true talent pool in the country, a lot of which is untapped for various reasons.

That's why the women's national team is so important. Their popularity is probably tied to the controversy over the lack of respect they were shown in spite of being a more popular team. I'd be more inclined to say more of their fans are inspired by that than "nationalistic racism".
