This is not true. There definitely were policing mistakes made and the young brother made a bad, split second decision as result of this.

So serious about this, a few years ago Maryland passed this thing about having items hanging from your Rearview mirror. You can get a citation for it now. Before the ink was even dry from Hogan's signature, mom dukes called me and said take any and everything from your Rearview mirror. She knew immediately what could happen and what excuse the laws would use as soon as they pulled my black *** over. And here we are
