Female cop has no business getting involved and I'm sure her lawyer will say that the lead cop making the arrest is responsible as he failed to handcuff the suspect.

This was over a freaking traffic violation. Sick of this "you run from police, you get what you deserve" cop apologist crap. Their lives were not in danger, and there's no evidence he was gonna go on a killing spree if he got away. Maybe he wouldn't have got scared if he didn't see this crap happening on the news all the time to people who look like him.

The accountability primarily lies on those in a position of authority.
But no one is saying dude should've resisted or tried to drive away. We're saying that's not a justifiable reason to be killed by public servants.

Sad we're at the point we give the police leniency to murder in situations like this and excuse it away. Running can't be a murderable offense, otherwise we give the police too much funding and resources.
