It's going to be pretty easy in court for them to justify the shooting beyond reasonable doubt. They could argue resisting arrest, a struggle ensued and that he "reached for something" during the struggle. She's getting off in my opinion. All they have to do is prove reasonable doubt to justify their actions. I could be entirely wrong but it aint looking good. Man this is really sad

After watching the video, she gonna walk. I didn’t know he resisted. I thought it was like the Philando Castile stop. Resisting shouldn’t have resulted in his death though.
