Kiem is a helluva drafter. I think the issue is Kliff and it's pretty obvious. He overachieved, but mostly because of the talent on that roster, thanks to Kiem. If they were smart, they'd be looking at another HC right about now.

Deandre Hopkins and JJ Watt missed a LOTTT of time.

Teams need to start accounting for the loss of marquee players when making these drastic changes….

To fire some of these coaches when all pros or pro bowlers missed substantial times it’s silly

Offense and defense was still loaded with talent. Kliff didn't want to run the ball and Kyler is only effective when it's helter skelter, which leads to inconsistency and overall regression to the mean over the course of a season. That's exactly what we saw. Arizona needs a coach to take them to that next level and refine Kyler, in my opinion.

Kliff needs to let go of playcalling though or a new OC is irrelevant. I don't see him doing that, but he'd probably extend his NFL tenure by doing so.

Caldwell as an OC and maybe assistant head coach would be a good look though.

He’s mostly always been this way… but he has been able to open up a bit as when he was on a team, he didn’t want to be a “distraction”
