I'm in love with it already. Smooth as butter so far. I didn't even need titanium backup to restore my apps

Status bar tweaks, overclocking tweaks, oh my.

Recently got the 3500mAh battery that i got for $12 bucks, Once i got in the mail i popped that thing in without charging it all it came with 70% juice it side of it and it lasted me almost 11hrs or heavy to moderate to light usage then back to heavy usage just so i can really kill the battery (damm thing wouldn't die lmao) it eventually did though lol. I really hate bulky items but this thing didn't feel bad in my hand. Honestly its worth the copp if really don't want to worry about your phone dying with in 4hrs and carry along a charger like i always do.

If want the battery for your EVO hit up the link it like 11 on amazon.

iv been waiting on it, but i honestly don't know if it's worth it right now. tmobiles 4g really isnt that much faster than its 3g phones so i might just go with the nexus s since it's going for $99 at best buy as opposed to dropping $249 for the g2x then waiting 10 weeks for a rebate.

After a hiatus from CM7, seems like they got it pretty stable this time. I haven't put all my apps back on yet, but it is smooth and pretty fast. I never have liked their camera, but I may be able to get used to it. GPS works fine, can't test 4G, but most people say it works ok too. Paired up my WiiMote and played some Contra (old school heads know what's up with that), waiting for my HDMI cable to arrive. The only issue I have so far is video playback is choppy and seems not to be in sync. Not sure what is causing it, but I'm not the only one. Hopefully they will fix it soon or it's back to VaelPak.

Is it worth going from stock Gingerbread (2.3.3) to CM7? I'm on the Nexus One. I've not yet rooted my phone, so I would have to go through the whole process.

if you want a ROM with a little bit more "tweaks" i'd say go ahead.

if you're cool with what you have now. Just stay on Gingerbread.

IMO, i would stay on GB

Today is a sad day friends, I went and bought an iPhone4.

The only reason I did it was that my parents had a line on their family plan for $35/month and I was paying $78 by myself.  I couldn't pass up the monthly bill.  I still have my Evo and if times get dire I will just throw it on Boost Mobile.  I can already tell you that I don't like the small screen and screen sensitivity isn't that great.  It's not terrible, but I do feel restricted as hell.

Hell yeah, it's a monster.  I love my Nexus, but I've had it since Jan 2010, so it may be time for an upgrade this summer.
