the 5.1 update should be coming this week and should take care of the battery issue with the N6. The S6 is a good option too. Don't know much about the M9.
Anyway, the N6 is still worth getting (it's only been out 3 or 4 months), but so is the S6. Really depends on whether you're ok waiting another month or two. Also what size phone do you want? You've had the Note so you know what a large phone is like.

I have and it's not bad at all. Everything was smooth. Maybe a hiccup here and there, but for the price it doesn't get much better.

Moto 360 easily trumps the Apple Watch in terms of design, both software and hardware, and that thing's almost a year old now.

The companies even do it in the ads and pretensions.
It is all good though. I like the Moto 360 but overall I am not into Smart Watches. I feel like the iWatch brings more as far as use goes. Obviously it is within their ecosystem but yeah that is a hell of a watch for iPhone users.

Yep. Its way better. But because Google and the Android OEMs havent grasped the concept of actually marketing their devices yet, the Apple joint will probably still win.
