Need to unroot my AT&T One X, help! I dont know which way, use a Nandroid or RUU? This RUU crap is confusing, but I have stock Sense Nandroid, how do I unroot using that?

Damn... Guess I'll have to go back to stock then root again.When I had my Thunderbolt (rooted) and did an OTA it unrooted it for some reason.There's an update for my phone but I'm rooted and have TWRP installed... Can I do OTA updates?
But I couldn't update OTA on my rooted S3. Think you had to go back to stock to do that.

I don't have any rom flashed... Just rooted and installed TWRP.Fraij. Most phones wont let you update til you are un rooted. If you're on a specific ROM, most devs will update their ROM with that update in it.
Ok. just unroot to get rid of twrp and then do the update. Then root again.
Twrp will throw the download off.
unrooting will wipe data
backing up would be a waste of time too
