Ive never had issues (blame pron). Tbh, ginseng is enough for me. Most recent chicks, one would get hers within ten mins and tap out, the other could go an hour or more.. No need for them to know my regimen either way. I notice a difference tho, sometimes it just feel like the blood is flowing so much to the point where your d isn’t apart of your body, like you could be tired physically but it’s at full staff, without flinching. That’s where you create stalkers fr.
