Concerning the second part, I would just give what worked for me : have a good meal but many hours before, drink coffee, avoid hotness, avoid stress, avoid alcohol, be active, if you know you're affraid of not lasting long don't forget it's not all about the D, I used to alternate, before D I did other stuff, then I was doing my thing, went back to the other stuff, and if what had to happen happened, if the woman was inspiring I could go for a 2nd and in some rare cases maybe third or four, obviously less intense, but with no pressure or stress, which developed tenderness

Every time I wasn't performant : 3 reasons :

Stress
Hot place
An uncomfortable condom

Or and a 4th not to be ignored :

Dryness of your partner, even more if she's tight, that's why preliminaries are a must for me, if I can't give her something correct then, at least she would have this

Forreal all of your support means a lot guys. The new internet era game is so unfamiliar to me and after a decade of not being in it it's kind of a culture shock though I can navigate my way through it. I diverted to hit NT over my boys because I've seen what TAY has done for some of you in here

You can hit up a 7/11 or gas station for the rhino, but make sure it's the one that either looks like a holographic pokemon card or the one where the rhino about to jump off the pack. Hydrate all day because once that rhino is in your system you ain't stopping till you put her through the headboard. But you also wanna hydrate because that headache after or next day is a ***.
