the thread about nothing...

Yea, but I pushed my last few runs. I really should be doing easy day runs somewhere around a 9 min pace most of the week for recovery but I get stubborn once I'm in the groove and my easy days always end up somewhere between 8:20-8:30. Not exactly good for the legs. I usually take a day or 2 off if I over do it tho.
Or could you alternate your runs with swimming, as it's less traumatic ?

Yeah what's the difference between HMO's and PPO's?

to put it broadly hmo are less expensive but also you don’t get much choice on who you see you’ll probably be stuck within a network for example like Kaiser, so if you want care that is out of the network the insurance won’t cover it

PPO is more freedom to see whoever (won’t need a referral to see a specific specialist) but you’ll probably pay a bit more for the services

oh I see, yeah bro don’t over do it. Go to do that recovery time as well, no different than lifting.

Yea getting knocked out is always a reasonable NATURAL consequence.

Too many people in this world get a way with being/doing disrespectful things without getting checked for it.

More KNockouts
to be honest, I have really been itching to do that thing to my neighbor. I haven't been really violent for years. I just couldn't have that on my record and just been waiting patiently for him to do one wrong move enough for me to retaliate physically. problem is, the jerk is all bark and I hate nosy and yappy basturds. maybe call the cops instead?

I would feel like a sucka calling the cops.

I don't know. Hire a teenager to rob him or something.

we have to adapt. Somewhat we are in their turf now.
speaking of. just had some of my female colleagues talk about underwears they prefer today. victoria secret, lingerie, grandma underwears, etc... funny since it seems like I don't even exist or even consider me as wholesome or a woman. I didn't even have to eavesdrop or them talking in private. it was just there in the open. I almost lost it and almost chimed in and say I prefer wearing Andrew Christian's.

What's up with ppl using beach bathrooms barefooted? I was at the beach this weekend and the bathroom was exactly how you'd expect it to be. Piss, water, and toilet paper everywhere. I'd say about 80% of the ppl going in and out were barefooted. You'd think after what we've been through ppl would at least walk in with their flip flops. Wild af man.
