The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

I honestly don't think that would be a problem since no one with hands on has complained about it and you'll be able to adjust the brightness.
It's using an OLED screen and it will fill up your entire vision instead of coming from a single source.

I still would take regular breaks as I normally do for using anything with a screen.
I see, I'm going to do a bit more research but, my instincts tell me it doesn't seem like a good idea. I love the concept though at it will bring another dimension to gaming and media.

I’m also pleased to reveal the final consumer version of PS VR, including all of the contents that will come in the package.

View media item 1952292
PS VR Worlds is a collection of five different VR experiences that have all been built from the ground up exclusively for the PS VR headset. When we started out to make this game we wanted to create the very best collection of varied experiences, each to showcase VR in different ways and show how incredible VR can be as a media.

-The London Heist
-Into the Deep
-VR Luge
-Dangerball
-Scavengers Odyssey

Sony did make a headset fore the cinema experience and I didn't hear anything about it then too but the optics for this is different but could help in the research.

The Division claims fastest-selling new games IP crown
Topples even Destiny's five-day record.

The Division has set a new world record for biggest week one sales of a new IP, Ubisoft trumpeted.

That's right, it even toppled Destiny. (Though Bungie's shooter made a bigger impact on day one.)

While exact sales figures weren't given for either title, we know that The Division generated an estimated $330m in only five days. Comparatively, Destiny raked in $325m in the same timeframe.

Both titles boasted about how players logged in over 100m hours in their first five days.

In the case of The Division, there were 1.2m peak concurrent users over the weekend.

"The Division taking the top spot in the industry for first-week sales of a new franchise is a tremendous achievement," said CEO and co-founder of Ubisoft, Yves Guillemot. "We are very proud of our teams, and humbled by and thankful for the millions of players who are giving us their feedback and support."

Happy for Ubisoft. Didn't expect it to do this well

I'm working my way through platinuming dark souls 2 on PS4, man I've put a lot of time into this game.

PS VR already sold out on Amazon. I just wanted to secure it just in case they reveal a game I'm interested in. I'd go with GameStop but they require a deposit.

Finally pulled the trigger and bought The Division. Won't be here till Friday though. Been watching a couple of twitch streamers play this and it looks very appealing.

I don't think it's gone live on US Amazon.

I've placed my pre-order on the UK site though.

PS Twitter says pre order details for US coming soon.

It sold out over hear though and in Germany.
It came back up on Amazon UK but they're not guaranteeing release day delivery :{

Im interested but I am going to wait until a game I really need comes out.

I really enjoy playing on a tv so I am in no hurry for VR.
