As a fan of both I'm kind of looking forward to it but hoping KZ can at least make it competitive. Would be real sad if it's a one sided decision or late KO where Max puts it on him majority of the fight.

Yea if I was a betting man I'd def put money on Max by UD or 4-5th rd TKO. But one can still hope KZ doesn't get completely washed. This probably should be his swan song .

Unless the wars finally catch up to Max, this will 100% be a one sided wash. Wouldnt be surprised if Max puts up Kattar like numbers on TKZ. TKZ willingness to stay in the pocket for too long to counter box always gets him in trouble.

Contender series is/was a great show. Theyll have a couple real well known regional scene fighters compete each card. Shavkats sister is signed on to fight sometime during this season too.

The winning of contracts became less meaningful and watered down since like the 2nd or 3rd season. They sign almost every single winner now (sometimes the loser) unless Dana is in a pissy mood. The fight night and Apex cards where you see almost 75% of the fighters coming off losing streaks are usually them.
