glad Jiri got the belt. dude is super durable. knew he was gonna be a UFC champion when I watched his fights on Rizin when he was coming up. Weili looks even more beastly. Man Cejudo is a good coach.

Unfortunately we never getting that Cody back who won the title that night

xbiker47 I think it's moreso that Cody could get cut from UFC after a couple more brutal losses and then moves onto BKFC. Now whether he's able to do well there is another story but he likely gets a nice initial bag if he did go to BKFC cause he'll always be a big name coming from the UFC.

Wow.. that is a verrrry interesting fight if it gets made. Aldo has elite TDD and would benefit off it being a 3 rounder. Great match-up, 50/50 to me.

Merab should be in his physical and mental prime while Aldo still somehow not really on that drastic fall off....

Joese’ definitely deserves a title shot if he beats Merab. My man beat Chito, Font and Pedro Munhoz. Top 135ers. Add Merab and he’s more deserving than TJ or Sandhagen.

Depending on what tickets are going for I might try to make it to that card considering its less than an hour away from me. It's surprising they are having it at the Emerald Queen Casino though as that venue only seats around 2k I believe, I was thinking it'd be at the Tacoma Dome but they definitely wouldn't sell that out or even come close probably.

Yeah that's actually a good point, I don't know what Sterling's timeline is

Honestly the winner of this fight would deserve it more than TJ, imo

So if the Sterling vs TJ fight isn't already booked, TJ might get skipped depending on what Dana wants
